  • Do you take my insurance?
    We are considered “out of network” with insurance companies. Being “out of network” allows us to provide high-quality, in-person or virtual client-centered care. Your visits will be more tailored to your needs. Our services may go toward your out-of-network benefits. If asked, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Once you have submitted the superbill to your insurance carrier you may be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.
  • I’ve scheduled my initial lactation consultation, now what?
    Have you completed your intake form? You should receive an intake form prior to your appointment. The intake form will help us highlight your main concern. From the information you provide we can form a baseline of key interventions and potential referrals to address your concerns. Once the intake form is complete all we need is you and baby. Try to have the baby hungry for your lactation appointment.
  • How can I pay for my appointment?
    We will send you an invoice and you can pay via credit card, FSA or HSA. Fees are due at the time of service. Our payment policy will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed.
  • When is the best time to see a lactation consultant?
    The sooner the better. Most breastfeeding problems can be resolved when the correct intervention is applied at the right time. Call us or send us an email if you’re not sure.
